Custom pieces are not refundable, because by the time we send them out, we would have spent hours perfecting it with you.
If you've purchased a piece of art and its not quite right, please contact us within 7 days to let us know and we can arrange an exchange!
Please contact us within 7 days if your item isn't quite right, or 48 if your item is damaged. Please! Reuse your packaging to return your undamaged item in

General Shipping Facts
Standard shipping is $4.00 or FREE when your order value is higher than $70 (AUD).
Tracking is also available as an add-on and costs an additional $4.00
Express Post is available at checkout and costs $12.50.
All orders of $200 or more will be upgraded to Express Shipping, and shipped for FREE.
We love to ship internationally and we do so via tracked shipping only. If you need your order shipped to exotic places, please contact us before purchase so we can calculate the cost for you correct
Who We Ship With
We ship with AusPost
All orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days with shipping from Monday – Friday morning, with the exception of peak season and sale periods. Once shipped, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to arrive in Australia, depending on your locality.
Tracking notifications are automatically emailed upon shipment.
We cannot take responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or for a special event/date due to postal delays.
Environmental Impact Shipping Statement
We are passionate about reducing our global imprint in as many ways as possible.
You may have noticed your package arrived with another company logo, or was filled with eco friendly newspaper etc. We try and recycle as many of our packages as possible and though not as pretty as getting our own packages printed, we figure you'll understand.
Shipping overseas is tricky to minimise the impact, shipping containers cause air pollution, water pollution, acoustic, and oil pollution. Ships are responsible for more than 18 percent of some air pollutants. And flights cause an even greater pollution. We are happy to partner with Greenfleet to offset our packages shipping.
